Workshop explores climate change scenarios in the Adirondacks
A summary report from a two-day scenario development workshop in the Adirondacks explores the regional response to the threat of disruptive climate change.
More than thirty participants took part in a two-day workshop at Paul Smith's College in December to examine six alternative scenarios for how the Adirondacks region might respond to climate change. A summary report is now available capturing the presentations and discussion from the workshop organized by ADK Futures, a pro bono project created on behalf of the Adirondack Common Ground Alliance.
The December workshop was the first in a series that arose out of the ADK Futures scenario development project. The next workshop will take place in May 2015.
