FWS News highlights Priority Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Areas project

A special feature on Conserving Amphibians highlights a North Atlantic LCC funded project to identify areas that can best sustain threatened species into the future.

The bad news: reptile and amphibian populations are declining the world over, and climate change may be making matters work for particularly vulnerable species. The good news: there is scientific research underway on public lands across the nation to understand the problem, and mitigate the impacts.
