Throughout the month of August, North Atlantic LCC staff and partners hosted a series of webinars to introduce technically capable users representing state wildlife agencies, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and non-governmental organizations to the first iteration of data and tools from the Regional Conservation Opportunity Areas project. More than providing access to the data, these webinars were designed to empower participants to begin reviewing, testing, and providing critical feedback on the products to help us refine the entire package for Version 2.0.

Although this webinar series has ended, the review process is just beginning. On Wednesday, September 28th, the North Atlantic LCC will hold a follow-up webinar to share what we have learned so far and discuss next steps for refining the products in an open forum with our reviewers.

If you would like your comments on RCOA Version 1.0 products to be addressed during this RCOA Discussion Forum, please be sure to complete the Discussion Guides for the product suites you are interested in reviewing. Developed to accompany each webinar in the series, these Discussion Guides provide step-by-step guidance to help reviewers begin to explore the products, as well as a comment form to collect suggestions for how to improve them. The Discussion Guides are all posted under "Guidance for specific components" in the "Resources for Reviewers" section of the Data and Tools page on the RCOA website, along with a number of other resources to help users test the products.

Alternatively, please feel free to email your comments directly to Communication Coordinator Bridget Macdonald () or Science Delivery Coordinator Steve Fuller () by the end of the day on September 14th.
