David Eisenhauer

 

David Eisenhauer is a communications specialist and public affairs officer for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Northeast Region. He recently served as public affairs specialist in the FWS’ Headquarters Region, where he provided communications support for the agency's national climate change and landscape conservation programs. David is a Wyoming native who earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wyoming. After several years of reporting and editing for newspapers in Florida, Wyoming and Ohio, he earned a master’s degree in journalism from The Ohio State University as one of eight fellows in the Kiplinger Public Affairs Reporting Program. David returned to Wyoming as an editor and reporter for the Casper Star-Tribune and spent five years as a senior editor, writer and public affairs officer at the University of Wyoming before joining the FWS in 2005.
