Why Create a Group?
Reason to create a group.
Creating a group in site setup has a number of advantages:
- The group workspace can remain private to group members.
- Users can easily be added to the group and thereby the same privileges as other group members.
- Group workspaces are afforded certain exclusive functionality such as a private calendar and portlets that show the members of the group and instant email to all members of the group instantaneously.
