USFWS New York Field Office is stop over for migratory fishes
The Cortland, NY office is just about at the very top of the Chesapeake Bay Drainage...a few miles north is a continental divide where a fish would swim out to the Gulf of St. Lawrence if it could migrate all the way to the Finger Lakes.
